As we enter stage 3 we want you to know we are working hard to return to some normalcy. We have remained open during this time for essential workers and anyone requiring isolation from travel. As we continue to move forward, our in house restaurant Myra's Bar & Grill offered curbside pickup and delivery option, before moving to reopening our patio with limited hours and menu to opening back up our dining room and offering breakfast and lunch daily. Come by and check out some ...favourites and daily specials. We implemented strict cleanliness protocols via our We Care Clean brand standard. We rolled out policy and procedure updates to limit interactions with staff by offering limited housekeeping, PPE requirements for our team and installed a plastic barrier at our front desk. Social distancing is promoted daily to ourselves as well as our guests. Ask about our mobile concierge and express checkout options. We are now ready to welcome back travellers to the area for work or leisure. We are happy to work with our tourism partners as well as 3rd party channels to promote local travel to the Brantford and surrounding areas. We have reopened our fitness centre. We are taking inquires and bookings for meeting rooms by contacting Tianna. Our Wedding Planner Melanie, is available to talk about rebooking for or setting up your special day as well as happy to start hosting your events again. We are currently working with the Brant County Health Unit to get our pool opened for guests and members. If you're a corporate traveller and don't have a preferred rate or need to inquire about new opportunities our Sales Manager Adam is ready to answer all your questions. Let's all do our part. Effective Friday July 17th, 2020 all public indoor spaces in the City of Brantford require face masks. This includes our property. All guests visiting, arriving or coming into the hotel MUST wear a face mask covering nose, mouth and chin unless a medical condition prevents them or under 2 years old. This is required everywhere except in your guest room, meeting room or sitting at your table in the restaurant or patio. We have new signs posted on all entrances and around the hotel. This is mandatory by the City of Brantford. To continue to flattening the curve we must work together and adapt to these new policies and procedures.
