This picture was taken just days before we opened our new café last November. The lead up to an opening is always a tense, stressful time, but looking back now the fears and worries feel insignificant to what we're collectively facing today. On March 16, we made the incredibly difficult decision to close the doors to our café to support social distancing measures being implemented to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. We felt that the risk to our team, our business, our family ...and our community was becoming too great, and shifted our focus entirely to our webstore. Thankfully, chocolate travels well, as we can all benefit from a little positivity right now, but unfortunately, it means no cream puffs or croissants for the next little while. While we've been busy brainstorming all sorts of ideas, trying to look forward and maintain a positive outlook, we can't help but think about all of the people around us who are being put in difficult financial situations through no fault of their own. We're looking forward to returning to more 'normal' times, but for now, we wanted to give you the opportunity to help us pay it forward. We've been working hard to figure out a solution to how we can confidently still serve you cream puffs during the current pandemic situation. Starting Wednesday March 18, we will be offering you the opportunity to pre-order pre-assembled boxes of 6 Cream Puffs for pickup from our café. We won't be able to offer any substitutions to the flavours listed, and there is only one pack size available. All orders will be pre-assembled and sealed in our kitchen, and everything will... be handled using clean, gloved hands. Pickup will be available from our café window, only on the date selected, between the hours of 12 - 2pm. We are operating with a small team doing everything we can to try to keep our business going, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.
