@oxxjadexxo came to see me for makeup for her boyfriend's parents wedding. They have been together 30 years and decided to tie the knot all this time after. If that isn't a beautiful love story I don't know what is! Im so lucky to get to hear all kinds of different love stories. Hearing about this cute couple in their 70's decide to get married made me want to share my own love story, in case some of you don't already know it. I met kestin in Jr high when I was in grade 7. I... crushed HARD on his long "hockey wings" hair and blue ("GO COUGARS") streaks. I remember the first time I talked to him, him and a friend came up to me and asked if I had change for donuts from the consession. (We were at a high-school basketball game) I only had a $20 dollar bill, so trying to be cool I said "here keep the change" that was the start of our young love. We dated all throughout highschool (taking a few drama filled "breakups" wouldnt be highschool love without em am I RIIGHHTT? ) but always found ourselves pulled back together. When I was 17, we found out I was pregnant. Which was the scariest, craziest, best news of my life. Kestin was so supportive. He held me while I cried and told me he would take care of me and our family. He has done just that for the last 7 years!! We got married that summer and moved out of the small town we lived in to Edmonton. I finished high school at Braemar in Edmonton (a school for pregnant and parenting teens) and kestin got a job and worked his butt off to take care of us like he promised he would. Fast forward to now. We have been married 7 YEARS and have 3 of the most beautiful children. Our relationship has grown into something that I cherish more then anything in this world (sorry to get sappy on ya) I could not do life without having his hand to hold.
