Lent begins this week! Between Ash Wednesday and Easter, many Christians observe a 40-day period known as Lent. This name comes from the Old English lencten, springtime, and spring and from West Germanic langitinaz, long days or lengthening of the day. After the cold of winter, Lent has become a time in the church to focus on repentance, an awareness of how our sin separates us from God and what it cost God to be reunited with us. We pray that you join us as we reflect on Mark, Who is Jesus? Who is Christ?

We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that we are under construction with renovations and we are worshipping at a temporary location at the Wilson's Funeral Chapel. The Chapel is located at 6120 AB-2A, Lacombe, AB. As we worship together on Sundays, we ask that you remember to do the following to keep everyone safe during the pandemic: If you are not feeling well please stay home and worship with us on the Bethel YouTube channel. The video of the Sunday servic...e will be available at approximately 12 noon on Sunday. On Sunday morning as you enter Wilson’s Funeral Chapel you are asked to maintain Physical Distancing (6 feet or 2 meters from each other.) Please use the hand sanitizer and sign in on the sheets provided in the foyer. Wipe the pen with the wipes provided when you are finished. Wearing a mask is required, they are provided. This is to protect others around you! Family groups may sit together but we do ask others to maintain physical distancing in the pews. Wishing you a blessed worship time!!
