I'm so excited to share with you all this incredible 6 week Kundalini Yoga program for Prosperity and Abundance! Once a week, every Tuesday, I will teach different Pranayamas (breathing techniques), Kriyas ( yoga set), Meditations, alongside powerful Mantras to remove blockages in our bodies and minds and increase our power of manifestation. The practice of those different Kriyas will strengthen your nervous system, balance your endocrine glands, as well as awaken your ...energy bodies, allowing you to attract abundance and opportunities effortlessly into your life path No experience in yoga or Kundalini required. All are welcome with open arms! You will have the option to join me in person at my cozy in home studio in Cochrane (on Sunset Dr) or through Zoom. Just let me know which option you prefer so I can send you the details. There are only 5 spots in person to respect social distancing and unlimited through Zoom.
