Great group last night. It's also wonderful to see budding social workers with an interest in Mental Health. We had a good discussion about Empathy. https://youtu.be/1Evwgu369Jw

Hello Warriors. Just a quick note to say that you are doing awesome. I know a lot of you are going through some tough stuff. The uncertainty and world events of late seem to be throwing a lot at use. For those of you how have said you feel "nuttier than squirrel shit" and for those of you who have been struggling with dilemmas in trying to support your loved one. You are inspiring. This is some stuff that appears on the surface to be overwhelming but you are coming from a place of love and recovery and that is amazing. That will always steer you right. Love, support and positive energy to the Warriors. The Pathways to Better Days is starting to see some good light. - DJ

Then at home on social isolation they are sitting there saying "what are you going to do with all this time to yourself? This is going to go on for a long time, how can you handle that?" Truth is there is so much to ...be positive during this. People are getting outdoors, enjoying small close friendships. Getting some of those neglected chores done. There is no great risk to a vast majority of people, as a society we are working together to protect the most vulnerable, that is a beautiful positive thing. So, what do I do with the extra time alone? Perhaps work on how to shut up the annoying twin. That is not an easy task. Maybe send them outdoors. See more
