We are always looking for caregivers who have personal experience with senior family members, are empathetic, dependable, and caring. Our caregivers are ...able to transport clients due to their clean driving records and their reliable vehicles, which are adequately insured. All of our caregivers have an updated, clean Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Clearance. At Better Living HCS, we look for people like you, who have good life skills, can work independently within guidelines, and take pride in a clean home and happy client. Professional experience, certificates (Registered Care Aide, Home Support Worker and equivalent experience) are ideal but not required. We provide training programs and support from Registered Nurses! Caregivers are currently sought in Langley, Surrey, Delta, White Rock areas. A variety of shifts are needed with a 3 hour minimum per visit in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings possible - overnights are 8 hours. Caregivers main responsibilities include but not limited to providing companion care, personal care (bathing, showers, etc), light housekeeping (vacuuming, bathrooms, floors, etc), meal preparation and transportation assistance. ALL shifts are assigned based on the ability to match successfully with the needs of the clients in both skills, abilities, and personality. There are no guarantees of hours.
