Making some good progress on the Model T build. Next up is floors, then some body tuning and finish chop.

Yup, that’s going to work well, looks like it belongs.

Hurst style motor mount roughed in. Have some finishing to do but I like how it is turning out.

Mock up is coming along nicely, very happy with how it is progressing. Before anybody says anything, I know I have spring perches in, waiting for the plain ones.

POOF! From bits to a frame. Still have a little work to do, couple things to tidy up but there it is. Next step, roller.

Looking for a set of 16x4.5 or 5steel wheels, 5x4.75 bolt pattern. Before ordering new, any used ones out there?

Well, lesson learned, have to learn to listen to my gut more closely. Got a call about doing a bumper bar a few weeks back. Something about the interaction rubbed me wrong but figured it was a straightforward job so I took it on, gave an estimate and agreed to move forward. Car was dropped off, job done, customer thrilled with the result. When picking up the car asked about a couple of additional jobs, told him yeah, could likely do them, let’s touch base later. Through the conversations I decided that I was not interested in doing the additional work. Well, now this guy has decided that I ripped him off and is posting all about it, it’s kind of amusing. I’ve learned my lesson though, have to listen to my gut more closely, it is more often then not right.

This was a fun project, a couple of things to finish up on it but really happy how it turned out. Can’t wait to see the final result.
