Outdoor Fitness Classes to begin soon. Maximum of 10 participants per class. Will offer more classes so everyone can participate. Body weight exercises along with your own mat and weights and equipment as per the Southwestern Public Health Unit. Covid 19 guidelines will be followed. Social distancing as well as Self Assessment will be required to proceed. If feeling unwell you must stay home. As per previous classes no walk ins will be allowed. If you are interested please message me. I will then set up a fitness class group for participants. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning June 16th for 3 weeks (six sessions) for $50.

Painting of weight room completed the second week of Pandemic Closure. I thought I would be ready to go when I as able to open up my private fitness studio once I got the safe go ahead. Well..... still waiting I am sure missing my wonderful clients. Hopefully this will be in the near future. Until then, please be safe and follow recommended guidelines.
