I know what I am making soon.. this looks very yummy
Lavender and chamomile Chai pudding Infuse 1 teaspoon each of lavender and chamomile in coconut milk or regular milk for 15 minutes. I don’t want the infusion to get to bitter. If you looking for a stronger flavour then just do another infusion with another batch of herbs. Once you get the desired flavour strain and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey, optional... Next add a teaspoon of vanilla The add 1/2 chai seed Put in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day
Oh yes, I had this in Scotland many years ago and well in love !!
SESSION 3 Digestion is the key component to our overall health and yet is often overlooked. This very important system can be greatly affected by stress, grief, anger, tension, improper eating habits and food sensitivities. As the sun begins to warm the soil and the wild spring plants start to waken, it becomes time to cleanse and support the whole digestive process, including supporting the liver as it transitions from winter to spring. We will explore the entire digestive ...process and look at ways to offer our digestive system some extra support. There are three herbal properties that are often helpful in regaining balance when our digestive system is off-kilter: bitters, aromatics, and demulcents. As spring begins to bloom we will look at the season’s blossoming plants and utilize them to make: Digestive tonics and oxymels Digestive lozenges Herbal teas Wild foraged foods and more! Class starts April 6 and runs to May 11. If restrictions change or Island cases continue to rise we will switch to Zoom classes. Class runs for 7pm to 9 pm and take place in Victoria. Private message me to register or if you have any questions . Limited space due to social distancing precautions. Covid restrictions in place See more
