Well, that sucked. Fusion post issue changing WCS and keeping the tool offset (Siemens D number related). Considering Marguard (hardcoat lexan) as a replacement. Also, this @helicaltools necked rougher saved me 10 minutes of cycle time on these two parts !!!

Gratuitous GoPro lens wiper shot. Very happy with how it is working, however my cheap camera case is falling apart from the coolant.

I need to start videoing the Accublast more, it’s difficult, ‘cause coolant.

Comparing the fit of the Kurt DX4 to the DX6 on the X7. The dashed lines represent the maximum area things can stick out (enclosure door frame and Z way cover are the limiting factors). Box with X is machine travel. Looks like you could probably cheat the DX6 up in the t-slot enough to get the handle drive to clear the door frame (maybe). A person could eventually run dual DX4's, probably not so much the 6's.... Which would you go with???

Machine update: Got power to the X7 mill tonight. Started with some encoder alarms, but @cnsyil engineers very promptly helped us clear them. What more can we ask for?
