When you were a teenager you probably slept very little either because of school or because of your favourite video game But also your parents complained that you slept "too much" sometimes... And then as an adult, you have so many responsibilities that sleeping is not important at all You have to finish a project, feed your family, you want to catch up on your favourite TV show... No one ever taught us how important sleep was!!!
