I had way too much fun taking these! This experience was great for me because I personally NEVER know how to pose when people take photos of ME! I just freeze and feel awkward... (hence why I’m usually behind the camera ) ... However, taking my own portraits allowed me to overcome this discomfort and feel what it’s like to be those I take photos of, and feel what it’s like to do the poses! I embraced the awkwardness, worked it through and got more comfortable as I went! I have a new awareness and it feels so good #portraitphotography #portrait #photography #artisticphotography
