Gratitude This is a beautiful practice I do daily. I began my day being grateful for the many blessings I have received, for being open to welcoming them as well and also being grateful for the tough lesson life sometimes throws at me. Many years ago when those lesson would hit me hard I would fall into a mentality of feeling like a victim . I would always ask the Universe: Why me?... What did I do to deserve this? I thought if you are nice to the world the world will be nice to you, what did I do wrong? I began to make changes, I couldn't continue living my life anymore feeling like a victim. I began to practice GRATITUDE It is one of the best things I did for myself to help turn my life around. Now when life throws those tough lessons at me, I will say: I know I will grow and improve as a person when I overcome this challenge. I know I will overcome this challenge, please give me the strength and patience to get me through it. Thank you for that lesson, I know now that I am much stronger and braver.
