There are so many other ways, however, for a doula to provide resources, education, and support for a woman during such a momentous time in their lives

Getting to know each other at prenatal appointments, creating your birth plan together, making a safe space and ritual for you during labour, welcoming your baby into the world, and helping you transition to motherhood are just a few things I can do with you, all with the help of your partner! I believe in you and your birth philosophy, I trust and will get behind your decisions, and you can feel comforted knowing that my continuous support is by your side!
