Anyone need some Jerusalem Artichoke roots? I have some for preorder for the spring! Organically grown Jerusalem Artichoke roots (aka Sunchoke, aka Tuberizing Sunflower). I will be pulling them up once the ground unthaws n the spring, most likely late April-early May. Suitable for planting or eating, sold in 'bundles' of pieces; 5 pieces $5, 10 pieces $8, 20 pieces $14. Higher amounts on request.

I'm sure most of you have been wondering what I've been up to! I'm very happy to report I'm moving! I am in Prescott most of the time setting up my new fields, so the delays are because of no internet and little available phones.
