Introducing our new "SELF AND SOMA" workshops- Movement-based self discovery workshops! We've heard from so many of you that this has been a time of huge pressures and stressors - and we're thinking it might be time to pay attention to taking care of yourself. These classes will offer tools for self care and discuss movement as an agent for healing. We'll introduce this idea of your body as a vehicle for connecting to emotions and an outlet for expression. I am so very sad that this is happening.... the arts are a crucial part of our society and we are taking such a hard hit. I hope they also put some heavier regulations in schools to have kids wearing masks so we can get back to living somewhat.

Hello dance teachers - if you’re looking for a way to give your dancers performance opportunities this year, we’ve got a great idea! Our performance venue, Bez... Arts Hub, is small enough that we’ll be able to stay open even with COVID restrictions, but large enough to fit a whole dance team in the space to perform (Harbour Dance’s ITP fit more than 30 dancers). It is a blackbox theatre with sprung floors, pipe and drape, theatre lighting and sound for the professional FILMING of your dance pieces, competition groups or recitals & productions. We can even hook you up with filmmakers who can produce a quality presentation of your dance work in this unique season.
