Bereaved Families of Cape Breton will be offering a Virtual Grief Support session for anyone over the age of 18 years who is grieving as a result of the death of a loved one. This session will take place virtually over Zoom on Thursday, March 18th from 7:00 to 8:30. Please call 902-564-6795 or email [email protected] to Register and receive the zoom link.

Bereaved Families of Cape Breton will be offering a FACEBOOK live MEDITATION Class with Maribeth MacIntyre for those who are grieving as a result of the death of a loved one. This will take place on Mar 18th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Join us at https://www.facebook.com/maribeth.macintyre

ARE YOU GRIEVING? WE CAN HELP! Bereaved Families of Cape Breton will be offering a 6-week Grief Support Program for anyone over the age of 18 years who is grieving as a result of the loss of a loved one. These sessions will take place virtually over Zoom on March 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, April 5th and 12th from 630-8:00 pm. YOU MUST REGISTER by calling our office at 902-564-6795 or emailing [email protected].

BFOCB will be holding a Facilitators Training Course virtually through Zoom which will take place on Jan 16th and Jan 30th from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. If you are interested in attending, please contact us by email: [email protected]. Once Part 1 and Part 2 of training is completed, a volunteer screening process will follow. PLEASE NOTE that there are a limited number of seats available.

The draw date for The Gift Basket valued at a $1,000 and donated to Bereaved Families by Louise Chisling and Nancy Doyle was scheduled for May 3, 2020. However due to Covid-19, the ticket was drawn today at Chislingo's and the Winner is ROBERT SNOW.
