Today is Children's Grief Awareness Day. This day reminds us of the unique challenges children face while grieving, and the importance of creating safe spaces where children can learn to understand their emotions and grieve openly. There is not "right" or "wrong" way to feel while you grieve. Any emotion you have is valid.

It's brave to express your emotions and to be vulnerable. That takes true courage.
