Week 2 of Dough Nutz with Megann is a delicious "Starbucks-like" lemon loaf!! Contact your youth centre in Vernon, Kelowna and West Kelowna to pick up your kit ...to make it! If you have these ingredients at home you can make it too! :) 1 1/2 cups of Flour 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder 3/4 cups of Butter or Margarine 1 cup of Sugar 3 Eggs 1/4 cup of Plain Yoghurt or Sour Cream 1 tsb of Vanilla Extract 1 Lemon aka 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice Glaze 1 cup of Icing Sugar 1-2 tablespoon of Water or Milk or Lemon Juice Zest from a Lemon Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
