Hello all, the Indigenous Advisors Circle started by David Merner's campaign has created a number of policy proposals and constitutional amendments, one of whic...h is an amendment to add seats on Federal Council for Indigenous representatives. It reads: "Increase the size of the Federal Council by three seats, one for a Métis representative, one for an Inuit representative and one for a First Nations representative."
