We would like to thank everyone who brought a bear to this year’s Teddy Bear Toss for the Christmas Index! Just like most things in 2020, it was a little different but we’re happy to say your generosity means many Colchester families will be getting a bear.

The Truro Junior A Bearcats will collect NEW teddy bears for the Bible Hill Kinsmen in Support of the Christmas Index program during Downtown Truro's (Modified)... Santa Claus Parade 2020 on Saturday, November 21st. Bears collected during the parade will be counted in with the bears gathered by the Kinsmen at the Bearcat game on Saturday, November 28th at the Rath Eastlink Community Centre. Although it's still called the Teddy Bear Toss for that game, the bears will be collected at the doors as they cannot be thrown on the ice this year. See more
