COVID-19 Update: See below some ways we can help ensure the safety of our staff, and you, our customer: -As much as possible please pay the plumber with credit card or etransfer sending to [email protected] (please ensure you note your name and address in the notes of the etransfer so we know where to apply the payment). For those who are unable to pay with those payment methods we do accept cheque and cash.... -If you or anyone in your household/business are sick, in self isolation or returning from travel outside of Canada please do not book to have a plumber come to your home/business. -Let the plumber into your home/business, show them what needs to be done or the area the problem is and then go into another room to help us in the effort to follow social distancing measures. -Our plumbers/apprentices are sanitizing their hands before coming in your home/business and doing it again when leaving. For our plumber/apprentice protection they also have gloves, booties and masks to use if they feel the need. We ask that you the customer refrain from shaking hands with our staff and they in turn will not expect you to shake theirs to again help with social distancing We are living and working in a time that was hard to imagine less than two weeks ago. This virus (COVID-19) continues to change the way we interact with each other. We want to take this time to thank-you for your understanding and continued support. We wish you and your family continued health and happiness.

During this time of toilet paper shortage, people may be using other items that are NOT suitable for our drain systems! Please do not flush down paper towels, flushable wipes, napkins etc!! They WILL clog up your drains!

Another wonderful Client let us back in to their home for some fun! From a bathtub to a walk in shower with built in seat! Love seeing the befores and afters!!

We have now entered the bursting outside taps season! Please be sure to turn off your outside taps and winterize them! This can be done by shutting off the interior shut-off valve to the water line leading to the spigot, then opening the spigot and leave it open for a few hours until the water inside the pipe drains out. After the water drains out, close the spigot again. Do this when the temperatures are above freezing.
