We've been running Diversity Day workshops with summer camps across the City of Ottawa. Here is what the campers thought that people should have to be happy & healthy: (the bigger the word, the more frequently kids wrote it)

Finished running our last Diversity Day workshop this morning with the city of Ottawa 'Summer Success Camp'! We are very excited by the positive response to the pilot and the requests for on-going programming received from many of the participating organizations. Looking forward to ongoing initiatives in the future to help helping youth in our cities build the knowledge, skills, and capacity to co-create positive social situations in which diversity can thrive!

So far our Diversity Day pilot has been met with rave reviews! The testimonials from the participants are precious! Here is what Sheima said, "People should be excited to participate in Diversity Day because we can learn new things, do improvisation and learn about the power in us and people all around us." Looking forward to keeping this initiative going :D
