Du 13 au 15 février, notre Directrice du laboratoire a participé au congrès PROBIOTA 2019 Connecting Business and Science of Pre and Probiotics à Copenhague au Danemark. Nous en avons appris beaucoup sur le microbiome aux différents stades de la vie et aussi sur comment interpréter ce type de données. On nous a aussi exposé les nouvelles connaissances scientifiques sur comment utiliser les probiotiques pour agir sur les maladies liées à la dysbiose. De plus, nous avons disc...uté des nouvelles tendances marketing et d’affaire et en avons appris davantage sur les aspects réglementaires qui régiront notre industrie dans les prochaines années. C’était donc un événement très pertinent qui nous a aussi permis de nous cacher un peu de la pluie! *** From February 13th to 15th, our Laboratory Director has attended PROBIOTA 2019 Connecting Business and Science of Pre and Probiotics in Copenhagen, Denmark. We studied the microbiome through life stages and how to interpret Big microbiome data. We also learned about the latest scientific developments and how to counteract dysbiosis related diseases with probiotics. Also, we looked at the current marketing and business trends and heard about regulatory aspects which will impact the industry in the coming years. It was a very insightful event that (thankfully) kept us out of the continuous rain!
