Skin Update ..... I have been struggling with my skin a lot in the last two months. I just can’t seem to get It to clear up, a lot of It has to do with stress, ...not drinking enough water and sugar. These are things that trigger my skin.. and that’s okay. This is a reminder for YOU .. whoever you may be whether your skin is clear or whether it’s not. Whether your mind is clear or not .. whatever struggle you are currently going through. Just know that it’s okay. It’s okay to have your bad days, it’s okay to be stressed. It’s okay to feel pain and it’s okay not to have clear skin. Just trust the process. Know that better days are ahead and that pain and uncomfortable situations and even bad skin doesn’t last forever.
