The 525 Caralaw Ave building has been neglected to an extent that disallows for us to be safe. The air quality has reached a critical level and we can no longer operate under these conditions safely. GOOD NEWS!!! We are establishing a new home at the beaches as we speak. 2116 QUEEN STREET EAST We will be reopening our doors on the 28th of July, 2020. 1847 Davenport Rd and 3135 Universal drive remain open (We do deliver weekends just in case) Thank you, everyone.

COVID UPDATES . . . As of today May 19th, 2020, the provincial government and our local municipality (Toronto) have deemed it "okay" for pet stores to reopen their doors. We, on the other hand, have decided no to take part in this little "experiment" of theirs and don't feel that the timing is right. We will remain operating the same way we have until further notice.... . . . 1847 Davenport Rd will be open for curbside pickup only. 3135 Universal Drive unit 7 will be open for 1 client at the time as it has been (unless from the same household). 525 Carlaw Ave is going to remain closed until further notice. . . . We understand you looking forward to visiting us again in stores but we would like to wait a tad bit and make sure it is safer for both staff and patrons to be in the building. . . .
