Obviously we're not thinking furnaces these days, but this needs sharing... This furnace caught fire at the end of the heating season. It blew the A.C. coil, sending smoke and refrigerant throughout the house. Thankfully everyone was okay and the fire was contained. It's a good reminder, however, that it's so important to keep your HVAC equipment in good working order with regular maintenance! (We replaced these units with some beauty products from Trane , BTW)
