Welcome to the Big Block Team, Ty Gitzel, our new Junior Finance Analyst. Ty has an adventurous spirit. Having lived abroad for three years, he has gained an appreciation for the value of diverse perspectives and opinions. As a Finance Major from the Edwards School of Business, Ty received honours with great distinction. Since graduating, he has worked in customer success roles in the construction industry, honing his skills in client relations and relationship building. As junior finance analyst, Ty assists in sourcing and securing funding opportunities for our client to ensure they have as much support as possible to move forward confidently with their project.

The National Affordable Housing Corporation's Willowview Heights project is one of only six buildings that are part of a special research program happening in Canada right now. And Big Block is the first of the builders in the program to have completed the second stage, building the project.
