Hey guys! We've got another home workout for you. The focus here is upper body strength, with some core and cardio thrown in to ensure you're getting the most from your workouts. We hope you are all staying healthy, safe, sane, and active! Stay tuned for more frequent videos from us.... Note: Some exercises may be done with or without hand weights, depending on skill level/preference/availability. Most in this video are body weight anyways :) Please pm us if you have questions! Unfortunately we have decided to temporarily stop running classes. The library will be closed until at least April 6th, we will keep everyone posted on our re-opening date. Stay healthy and safe until then!
Despite the recent COVID-19 updates, we are still running classes. We ask all participants to ensure they show up with clean workout clothes and to mind personal hygiene, and to please stay home if you are ill. See you all at 9am this morning for kickboxing!
