Couldn't have said it better myself.... STAY SAFE EVERYONE ! "Last night someone messaged me asking if the Market is taking a hit... Of course it is, and it’s completely understandable. Yes, we are considered an Essential Service, but I am not knocking on doors looking to stay busy right now.. I am only out there if I absolutely need to be. If someone needs to sell, I will definitely make myself available, if someone has sold their home and needs to find one, absolutely, I wi...ll be available. But honestly, all things put aside, this is a time to stay home. I am here if it’s necessary, but please be mindful when booking showings.. Think to yourself, do I really need to see this house right now? If your agent asks you questions, whether it’s about urgency or if you’ve been travelling, please be honest with them. Once this is over with, the market will boom, and we will all be back into full swing again. Believe me, people will always need/want to sell and buy homes, so if you have fear about our Market, don’t. Stay safe everyone, if you have to leave the house, please follow the guidelines that have been put in place. Thinking of all my friends and family that have been laid off, or are working amongst the public at this time. Wishing you all the best and thank you for everything you’re all doing to keep us going."
