Big G Racing

Just a wrap-up of the 2020 racing season for Big G racing! Hoping to get a few races in during this pandemic summer, our congratulations to Steve Billings and his organizing of all the race nights at Cornwall, Brockville and Brighton speedways for the Eastern Ontario Vintage Stock Car Club! It turned out to be a very busy schedule from June to October. A big change for Tim McColman in his new modified chassis from the old 1972 car from last year. Tim got to run with the modifies this year and we really enjoyed the challenge. The EOVSCC has a family atmosphere to it and if any of the racers needs assistance at the track .. they are all there to help. Even when we had motor problems with 2 weeks to go... Steve Billings lent us his spare motor so Tim could finish the season! Thank you from Tim and myself for another great season! Big G

A shout out to the Chris Raabe 01 team for a solid Second place finish Friday night at the Brockville Speedway Fall Nationals 50 lap feature. On Saturday night Chris came from 16th to 7th and was reeling in the top 5 cars before a broken shock took him out with 15 laps to go! This weekend 3 nights at Cornwall speedway will end the season... Chris will race all 3 nights.

It’s off to Brighton Speedway for Applefest this weekend. We are racing Saturday night with 13 other vintage race cars! We won there last year with our 20 car And hope to have good luck this Saturday with the 09T car! Go Tim Go!! As an update .. you can watch the races from Brighton tonight on Gforcetv.net!

This weekend we are off to Cornwall again.... love racing at Brockville and Cornwall this summer... both tracks have been awesome to our vintage race division.... Thank you!!

Another great night of racing at Brockville Speedway.... won the heat.. finished 4th in feature race. We had 20 cars Tonight so we did really well... good run T-Mack ....
