Here’s a great look at just how fast our cucumber range can change. This superimposed before and after image shows the crop shortly after planting, on the left, and roughly three weeks later, on the right. That’s a lot of growing in less than a month!

We’re farmers so, you bet, we’re superstitious. So much so we moved our crops indoors! We don’t consult the Farmer’s Almanac nearly as much as our predecessors, but Friday the 13th still makes us a little jittery! #isitoveryet?
