Considering the current covid situation, we would like to limit contact with people as much as possible in store for a while. In order to improve on limiting co...ntact, anyone coming in for something specific, we would like to do transactions as contactless as possible. So curbside pickup or foyer pick up in our case. You can pay for your accounts, holds or anything we have in stock for that matter, by phone with visa/Mc, create an account and prepay credit, or simply send en email transfer which is very easy, particularly after the first payment to us. We will still be able to let people in of course if you need to browse to find something, this is just a step to limit contact. You must wear a mask, you must not feel sick, and yes everyone in your family must wear a mask including kids. Make sure they have proper fit masks. You must use the sanitizer on your way in. Our store is small, and we cannot safely allow anyone without a mask inside. Since we are currently not allowing store browsing, you’re not missing anything. I’ll be blunt, the safety of my staff and family are first and foremost, which is why we eliminated in store browsing almost a month ago. Please do not barge into the store without a mask on and expect a kind greeting. Phone first, knock on the window, push the doorbell, anything besides ignoring multiple signs on Multiple doors. I’ve been retailing for thirty years, its my job and pleasure to accommodate every transaction as best as I can. Work WITH us. I have asthma myself, I would NEVER consider entering a store without a face mask before first checking on policy and how I could be accommodated otherwise. This week has been so great, through all this bullshit laid upon us, it's so nice to see young kids still doing great things, being creative and inspiring, thin...gs that likely unbeknownst to them, bring great joy to an old retailer like me. Over the past week or so I've had some artwork delivered to the shop by parents, from their kids that either miss the shop, or just love coming to it, and today I received a hand written letter from another talking about how his Dad and his Dad's friend introduced him to the shop and he misses it and can't wait to come back soon. So kids, while you're trapped inside, get creative, send someone a hand written letter, send someone a hand crafted Holiday Card, draw someone an art piece. Get creative. There's likely never been a better Holiday season in your lives to do something for someone you love, that one little thing might bring more happiness than you can imagine.
