We've been busy working away on new music, and with the arrival of the holiday season in the midst of the pandemic, we wanted to share some joy and cheer with all of you. We recorded this song this past summer in Bancroft, Ontario in a barn with our good friend Max Forster, with artwork courtesy of Avery Cantello!... BIG SMOKE BRASS: COMING TO A PARK NEAR YOU To say it’s been a crazy year is a definite understatement. We’ve been hard at work in these past few months of isolation prepping for the release of our new album (yes, it’s happening!), writing new material, recording remotely and planning for the future. It’s no secret that what we’ve missed most of all is getting to play real, live music for YOU - and it’s finally time to make that happen again! We’re super excited to announce th...at for the next 3 weekends, we’re going on a tour of parks around the city so that we can spread that all-natural, acoustic brass goodness far & wide. . Even though we’re as stoked as everyone else about Stage 3, it is still our collective responsibility to make these performances as safe and accessible as possible! Parks have been chosen with ample space for the band and spectators, and masks/distancing are highly recommended and encouraged. There’ll be plenty of space to dance the day away!
