Attention BTSZ customers and super fans! I hope everyone is enjoying their March break as much as we are. We want to let everyone know that the shop will be closed until next week... However, I know many of you have important games starting next week. If you need your wheels (cool term for skates) sharpened, send me a message and we’ll book a time Monday! Also, pay attention in the next couple of days for season end specials at BTSZ!!! Cheers!

Hey BTSZ Customers and Friends! The Hockey season is fast approaching and where better to start the season that at BTSZ's shop getting all of your skates ready for tryouts or the season. We are also excited to offer Laces, Mouth Guards, Skate Guards and lots more........ BTSZ is also very excited to announce several new offerings this year that will guarantee to make like easier: - Equipment cleaning (get the stench and bacteria out of the gear and save the smell of the car) - Used Gear: We have a large variety of used gear (Skates, sticks, shin pads, etc). We offer great prices and reasonable trade ins will be considered. - Sharpening Savings: We will be offering Skate Cards offering a savings of $5 (5 sharpenings for $30....) - We also have a variety of used and new practice jerseys... Also, something I am very excited about, we will be expanding on the hockey card program that we currently offer...more details to follow, but if your into or have enjoyed collected hockey cards, this will be a great program to expand those interests. Lastly, Our hours of operations will be announced after Thanksgiving in October (15th) as I am currently finishing up several other projects, However, if you are enrolled in the pre-season warm-up sessions being offered, we will be there to sharpen skates....however, if you need your skates done outside of those hours, please just send me a message....I am local and can try to accommodate your schedule. Outside of that, we are looking for several smaller improvements for our customers! So let us get ready for the season together. CU@THERINK!

Hey there loyal BTSZ customers and Fans....It is a sad day when the ice comes out in the rinks all over the province.... Needless to say, the request and need for skate sharpening has decreased over the past couple of weeks. So we will now be instituting our summer hours! Yes, thats right, you can get your skates sharpened by the awesome Sparx machine and of course, me, Big Tone, all summer!... while we will not posted hours for the summer you can message me on the site, email at [email protected] or text/call me at 506-349-5987 (that is a new cell number, long story!) For those who are moving on to sports like ball hockey and lacrosse, we have tape, water bottles and mouth guards available. Also, and most important, we are working on the shop for next season so that we can provide the best options. Some of the new additions for next season will be: 1. Skate Cards ($30 for 7 sharpening - or buy 6 get one free) 2. BTSZ Kids Hobby Corner - If you enjoyed the free hockey cards handed out all this year thanks to my good friend Steve who owns Fundy Coins and Collectables (https://www.facebook.com/fundycoins/).......wait until next season! 3. Addition of Consignment equipment - Don't throw away you used gear just yet, even when you up grade, we are going to be offering a consignment stop for all of our customers who wish to drop something off, set the price, and then let us do the rest! To the BTSZ followers, the Shop will be closed this Saturday. We are open Friday (5-8pm) and Sunday (1-3pm). Good luck to all the Hampton teams heading to the Day of Champions and the provincials!

BTSZ would like to a moment to thank all of the customers who have been into the shop and supported this local business. I would have to say that this hockey season was an adventure and a learning experience. As the season draws to its conclusion, I wanted to let you know that we will be open throughout out the summer months for your skate sharpening needs. The hours of operation will be adjusted, but we will be adding a the feature of sharpening by appointment!... I would also like to ask all of those who allowed us to sharpen your skate to send us a private message with some feedback. Here are the questions we are looking for you to answer: 1. Where the hours of operation sufficient, or do we need to be open more? when? 2. What products were you like to see us add to our store? 3. What is the feed back on the actual sharpening your got from us. 4. How can we server you better? These questions will allow us to be ready for the next hockey season and offer a better experience for you...because at the end of the day, that is what our business is, and experience!
