The next Regular Meeting of Council is on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at 1:00 pm. The meeting will be taking place in the Big Valley Community Hall to enable safe distancing for those wishing to attend.

Good morning everyone! Please be extremely careful out on the roads and sidewalks this morning. They are VERY slippery. Mel is out sanding the roads, but caution is the word of the day!

The Village of Big Valley Office will be closed Wednesday, November 11 in remembrance of all those who have served and continue to serve our Country. Take a moment to remember and be thankful.

There have been changes made to the Small and Medium Enterprise Relaunch Grant to ensure businesses can get the support they need. See the changes at https://www.alberta.ca/sme-relaunch-grant.aspx

Expanded public health measures are now in effect province-wide. Effective immediately, all Albertans must wear a mask when in public indoor spaces. All social close contacts are limited to those in the same household. On Sunday, December 13, numerous facilities must temporarily close or offer limited services.
