This year was a crazy, tiring and tough year. The staff at the shop who were assembling, fixing, selling and helping customers blew our socks off with their incredible attitudes - Thank you st...aff! Wow Marin Bikes you make rad bikes and 2021 model year looks amazing! This bike, just announced today, is a redesign of the very popular Alpine Trail. It maintains the previous version's 150mm rear travel, 160mm fork but gets geometry tweaks to make it even capabler... and this coil sprung model (Alpine Trail XR) that goes, "boing" when you hit a bump... ok that doesn't happen but this bike nails every detail for a modern, fun, capable, fun, fast, fun enduro/all-mountain bike.... Oh, and if you're accustomed to the Negative comments on Pinkbike, scroll through the comments to see one of the most unanimously positive comments sections in Pinkbike history. Wow. Oh, and, yes, we have some coming... soon I hope.

There are hardtails you buy because you can't afford a full suspension... and there's this... the hardtail for a hardcore rider who just gets excited to ride a hardtail. We've got them on order... who knows when we will see them.

We have started to see a trickle of 2021 bikes coming in. At the moment we have a couple XS and 1 S Marin Bolinas Ridge 2 ( 24 speed / disc brakes) priced at $679. XS fits roughly 5' to 5'4 and small from 5'4 to 5'7. Within a few days we should see more sizes of similar bikes and a few at $799... if you have friends who are looking for bikes, please share as finding a bike is pretty tough these days.
