It feels weird that I get to see stuff that hasn't been released to the public yet.

One of the athletes The Husband has wrenched for in the past he'd drop his bike off & hang out for a bit in our back yard. Super nice & low key person. I think The Husband & I stumbled upon the shooting location near the end of the video when we were hiking a while ago. The Husband moved out in 1999 & started working at Cove after Thomas & Wade had moved on. They still dropped by Cove Bikes regularly, so I didn't know they were "famous" they were just local riders who had sponsors & were in bike videos. It's so odd to me having been on the sidelines of the bike industry for 20+ years to see these documentaries & features. The early 2000s were an amazing time for DH & freeride & I have so many awesome memories of the community The Husband was part of.
