The Final Ride Video https://www.bikersreunion.ca We are finally able to release our documentary video about our event, and the legacy it will carry on forever. We are pleased to announce we have made a donation of $30,000 to the Temiskaming Hospital for Smart Beds.
"Over the years, during the events, we prepared for any possible financial down-turns and structured our investments to be able to still fight cancer and support the Cancer Care Program and our people battling cancer, if something was to happen. We weren't expecting a world wide pandemic.... but all of our planning worked, because the Bikers Reunion is still able to give $53,000.00 this year to the Cancer Care Program and also buy a $35,000.00 colonoscope for our hospital. I...ts really nice to see a plan, work so well". The Biker's Reunion to Battle Cancer has provided so much support to so many individuals in our community over the years. President Barry Phippen stopped by Tem...iskaming Hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging department to see the non-invasive Colonoscope purchased with their latest donation. This piece of equipment will provide an easier, less invasive exam for patients and allows for earlier diagnosis and treatment. The funds donated also covered the cost of state-of-the-art software which is being used in additional ways in our DI department. To date, the Bikers Reunion has donated $2 million to the Community Cancer Care program and our hospital. Thank you, Barry and the Bikers Reunion for your continued support of not only our hospital, but of our community as well.
Bikers Reunion is very pleased to donate this $35,000.00 non-invasive colonoscope for our hospital. It will make it much easier on the patients, and be able to detect early stages of cancer. Mike Baker, President and CEO of the Temiskaming Hospital and Barry Phippen Bikers Reunion President.
