November 11th marks the end of the First World War and as a day to remember those members of our armed forces who served or died in the line of duty. Each day we enjoy freedoms that have been protected by those so brave enough to serve. This is why all of us at B.R.O honor our veterans and urge those to take time today to learn from history, thank those who fight or have fought for us and even though this remembrance day is going to be a little different than years past... It... won't hinder the glory for them that is in our hearts. Today this page's caretaker would like to share this image from 1943 of my grandfather Charlie Preston, who served in World War Two. B.R.O Region 22 is pleased to share with everyone that our local A&Ws have decided to raise money again this year to benefit two local organizations that B.R.O normally donates to every year from our Christmas Party. A&W is selling A&W themed, reusable masks for $5. Of which $2 from each sale will go towards Christmas Cheer and Saint Vincent's Place! (Available at Sault A&Ws)... They will also be hosting "round up" days and carrying a tip jar which will benefit these two organizations. On behalf of Region 22, we can't thank you enough A&W, for all your support! ~Look Twice, Save a Life~

B.R.O SSM morns the loss of our provincial vice-chair, Mary Jane Knapp (MJ). Who has always been a very active member of B.R.O. Her dedication and drive will definitely be missed in our organization, but second to how greatly she will be missed for the person she was. Our provincial meetings wont be the same without you. Ride free MJ ~Look Twice, Save a life~
We have been advised by the family, that long time local motorcyclist Richard Lacrosse has passed. He was a welcome attendee at several of BRO’s events over the years. He will be greatly missed by fellow riders, friends and family alike. He will forever be known for his good heart. To his family, our deepest condolences. Ride free, Rick.... ~Look Twice, Save a life~
