Thank you all to the weekend yogis who helped to observe and refine the process. We're moving back into the studio in stages. Here's a look at what we're doing for now: ... Due to new pandemic rules, the Premises will have limited access ONLY from main entrance directly into the yoga room. Change rooms and showers are unavailable. All payments and purchases are to be made online Once in the Studio, please observe "no touch" & "good hygiene" for your health safety and your... fellow yogis Here are 12 yoga bits to take to heart: 1.BYOY, bring your own yoga stuff - mat, towels, water (rentals unavailable). Use a designated water proof bag to transport your yoga stuff in/out of the hot room 2.Arrive wearing yoga costume or in layers to shed 3.Maintain 2 meter distancing on the terrace until entry to studio 4.Perform pranayama breathing exercise on the terrace while you wait. Perform final breathing exercise on your way home 5.Staggered entrance into lobby upon staff direction begins 10 - 15 mins before class 6.Sanitize hands in lobby. No touch, we'll open/close doors for you 7.Move in counter-clockwise direction to enter yoga room, maintain 2 meter distancing 8a. Set up your yoga mat so the top midlle align with the tape marker on the floor. Stand on the middle of your mat during class. b. A designated area that is more isolated from others is available in case you are concerned for family members who are "at risk" (please inform us ahead of class time if you wish to reserve this spot) Please start near the window side of the yoga room front row to back, then away from window to fill designated floor space for yoga mats (staff will help you with set up) 10.Enjoy class! After class, collect your belongs in your designated bag 11.Exit from the front to back window mirror side of the yoga room (staff will open the yoga room door & help direct the flow out to the lobby) 12.Maintain 2 meters at all times (it will feel like we're moving in slow motion)
