This project has now been officially submitted for Development Permit. 349 homes and 100,000 sf of commercial.

It's Friday and we have met our big deadlines! Five projects submitted to various cities! A total of roughly 500 new homes and two new businesses and one new school. One of our mixed-use light industrial projects is being submitted today.

Another one of our "surgical density" projects in New Westminster. Converting old storage and laundry rooms in an existing 60 yr old building into 4 new 1, and 2 bedroom rental homes each with their own sunken garden patio.

Our White Rock house is finished. Essentially a four storey inhabited retaining wall. One of our few single family houses.

We just submitted the Building Permit package to the City of #Vancouver for our 8th Pharmasave project. We were told it's the City's first Building Permit application of 2020! Cool.

The Building Permit has been submitted for our Coffee Shop project in downtown New West. (This is an early concept version... don't get too hung up on it...)
