We seem to be getting a lot of questions but mostly, why are you still open? Part of why we’re receiving this question is that many people in the community aren’t exactly sure what Bill Gosling Outsourcing does. Those who are still physically working in our call centers are all deemed essential services per Government Guidelines. We represent essential lines of communication in a number of sectors, such as financial services and roadside assistance. As a customer, you may ...still have questions about your bills, payments, or your financial details especially when it comes to potential fraud! You may also have your car breakdown on the side of the road and need roadside assistance. Many in our call centers have been able to shift their workstations to work at home, and many more will follow suit in the coming days. In a bricks-and-mortar business, you can imagine the shift does not happen overnight. We have also been in contact with our governmental representatives to discuss the measures we’ve taken to keep our employees safe and healthy.
