How is everyone doing out there? It's hard to believe we're already in May! This photo is from earlier this year, but it feels like a lifetime ago. We're sure looking forward to the day when we can start exploring again, but we're also pretty grateful to be healthy at home

Our Tuesday programs find the best ways to incorporate cognitive skills into fun activities! You probably already know about our Iron Chef cooking competitions. Did you also know that we do monthly games of Music BINGO, and Bill's Place Family Feud? While these games are super fun, they also require us to exercise our cognitive skills such as scanning and memory recall.

Looking forward to our monthly bowling excursion today! Bowling is so much fun, but did you know that it is also excellent for developing hand to eye coordination, as well as balance? Awesome!

Our last Iron Chef competition of 2019 was "Meals in a Mug!" This one was a lot of fun. Our Director of Care used her connections to bring in a professional chef from Victoria to join as a guest judge! Hmmm... they look an awful lot alike...
