May my heart expand - to hold the spirit of all living beings all humans all creatures all of Mother Nature I love. May my heart Remember - that I am not the lover. that I am not the beloved. But I am both the Source and Substance of Love Itself. All-pervading Infinite Eternal I Am that Love.
