Hi Thought that it might be a good idea to give an update on availability for this summer. What prompted this was a cancellation for August 14-15-16, 2020. So anyone thinking of a weekend reunion or gathering of any kind, this one will work. I was not sure when the season would really get underway but I knew, when I had 3 inquiries for the May long weekend. So far only 1 cabin is booked for sure for then. The weekends after that to June13 open. ... However all weekends starting June 20, excluding the above mentioned are booked until Sept 12. Some have just booked the Saturday which leaves the Friday open. And 3 weekends have only booked 4 Cabins so the other 2 cabins and, of course, our new lean-toos (4) are open. So if individuals are looking to stay, "there is room at the inn". Sorry. Couldnt resist. Several Monday to Thursdays are booked. So if you are interested call me for available times. I think a mid week gathering works well for people who have to travel to attend and then return home. Give it some thought. We are having such a good time meeting new people and making new friends. Thanks Julie 306-631-0494

Hello. "Bin" a long time since my last post. Thank you to all for your continued interest and support. We have been open for bookings this fall/winter to anyone who wanted the cool camping experience. Just had to turn up the heat!... We are a great place for a snow mobile group when there is snow. Maybe next year. New News is that we are expanding. This spring there will be 4 "lean-too"s. They are 8x12 wooden structures that are fully finished inside and out, have power, a double bed and twin bunks. Design looks cute. Also there will be a gazebo for our weddings or to just enjoy. Unfortunately there is one last issue to address. Recently Dennis (personally) was approached by email from a representative of a group called "Helping Our Northern Neighbors" (HONN). They are not a registered charitable organization and what they do and how they do it is not clear. Dennis refused to donate, giving his reasons. Their response was to attack "Bin There Campground" through "doesnt recommend" comments. None of them have ever been here and their comments are irrational and unfounded. Even called him a "racist"! Anyone who knows him/us knows that is absolutely outrageous. So read if you choose. But totally ignore. Keep well until my next post (spring?) Julie 306-631-0494

Hello to everyone. And thanks to all those who stayed with us this past season. There a few updates from my first post giving all the information that I had at the time. The prices were raised a bit. I had no idea what the expenses would be, for example, the cleaning, laundry, utilities, septic pump outs, etc. I now offer a flat daily rate for the entire facility. Therefore you get privacy and exclusive use of hall, kitchen, etc. We have purchased tables and chairs for 80 p...eople which is comfortable in the hall and is included in the flat rate. If you need more , perhaps for the Quonset , they can be rented in MJ. Also bring your own towels. It is enough to keep up with the bedding. Dont know what I was thinking when I bought towels to provide as well. Fortunately I bought really nice beach towels so guess what the entire family is getting for Christmas! I did not get my act together to advertise the Service Center for Christmas parties or other functions this year. But will be ready next year. Also a Rural Network system is going up so there will be unlimited high speed internet here next year. Thats all for now , I think. Thanks again for all the interest. Julie

Global TV will be here tomorrow morning. Not sure when it will be aired. Global Morning Show is coming Monday morning. I think to air that morning. I have been contacted by MJ Express and Regina Leader Post for interviews and pictures as well !!! We had no idea how well this would be received by the public. Obviously there is an interest /need for group camping or a place for group functions. And the novel idea of sleeping in a bin. Thank you to everyone for your interest. Hope to see you here.

Finally got those pics that I have been promising. The bedrooms are quite roomy but basic. You are camping ! There are some finishing touches to be done. The washrooms and kitchen are attached to the hall. The outdoor gas BBQ area is attached to the other side of the hall. The fire pit area is in front of the hall. Basically everything is in one place. That is why I refer to it as the Service Center.

For those who have been waiting to see the cabin interiors and the rest of the place, I might get some of my own up today. So sorry that it has taken so long. There is one cabin that is completed. HOWEVER, CTV Regina was here this morning to video and do an interview, even though there is still much finishing to do. It will be on CTV Regina at 6pm today. Information/pics will be on their website and FB page which will also have a link to our page. Also please contact me by email or call/text my cell 306-631-0494 I am having trouble being prompt with replies on FB or Messenger.
