Fairmont Empress Hotel Renovation: This $30 million+ interior renovation was a once in a lifetime job. Working with this historic building to tie in modern elements inspired by the existing craftsmanship was a rewarding challenge to pull off! Easily one of the most notable buildings in BC, "The jewel of the harbor" was an honor to refurbish. Custom scribed in heater covers in each of the 500+ rooms along with safe units, vanities, the gold lounge and 'Q' bar. This was the first job I ran as foreman for IPM and it's one of my greatest accomplishments! Work done for: Island Precision Manufacturing.

The Jubilee Hospital remains one of my most proud jobs I've ever been a part of. Over 275 patient rooms (including custom headboards and storage,) dozens of nurses stations, wall paneling and much more. It was my first job for Island Precision Manufacturing which began a long working relationship with one of the leading millwork companies in BC.

This care home off of Carrey Rd included a vast finishing carpentry package. With lots of radius features IPMs shop used vacuum molds to custom fabricate archways, chair rails and hardwood handrails for us to install. With tons of custom millwork, built-in maple benches, fireplaces and cafe reception this job had a variety of features that all came out sharp! Work done for: Island Precision Manufacturing.
