It was a privilege to cook and serve for you all this summer. Much gratitude and love for the Staff, Board members, the Volunteers and especially you, the Patrons of the Tea Room at the Museum. I cooked with local and Indigenous ingredients which I foraged and to which I hold a special reverence for. A special thank you going out to Family Farms, Tunnel Vision gardens, Jessy's Garden, Wild Fisheries, Dr. java's, the PA and CL farmers markets! I could not have done it without ...my helpers Bev, Zack and Angus and all of my friends who came out to support me and my daughter. And a special thank you to my mom who made me who I am today and whom I have learned almost everything from. It was a life time experience that I will forever keep close to my heart! It was such a pleasure meeting so many people from all walks of life and from all over the world! Everyday was a completely lovely, creative culinary showcase of my traditional foods for you and I loved every minute of it. Thank you everyone who came out to enjoy and to see the sights.
