Baljit Pannu, the elder son-in-law of Santokh Singh Dhir. He died in a road accident near Jalandher on October 25,1980, and his death rocked and devastated Dhir. After a few years of his death Dhir wrote a novel based on Baljit Pannu’s life titled ‘I had a dream’. #hyderabadrape . India is again jolted by another ferocious incident Of a gang rape and murder. People are on the roads again and can we hope things will change... for good ever? The rape and murder of a young veterinary doctor in the southern city of Hyderabad has sparked anger, spotlighting women's safety in yet another Indian city.
